I really need your help: I tried to authorise my computer again but it doesn't work. Everytime I tried there was this error: Sie können diesen Computer nicht mit einer Adobe-ID autorisieren, die zuvor verwendet wurde, um andere Computer oder Mobilgeräte zu autorisieren.

I asked a few people and they say, that the Adobe- Support has to reset my authorisations. So can you help me, please?

    Windows:

    1. Open Adobe Digital Editions.
    2. Press Control+Shift+D to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.
    3. Select Erase Authorization.
    4. Click OK and quit Adobe Digital Editions.


    Macintosh:

    1. Open Adobe Digital Editions.
    2. Press Cmd+Shift+D to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.
    3. Select Erase Authorization.
    4. Click OK and quit Adobe Digital Editions.
