I Need Help With EPUB

I just realized that when I converted my InDesign file to EPUB Reflowable, it only uploaded one page.

It does all files in the Fixed Layout version, but not EPUB Reflowable. Why is that? Is there a way to make EPUB Reflowable do all the pages in my InDesign file?
