I need to access my ebook on laptop and mobile

Dears,

Anybody can help me with this mess.

I can't access the ebook on both devices with ADE.

First I have authorized the laptop with my adobe ID.

Second, I have authorized the mobile with my adobe ID.

Third, I downloaded the book from the book issuer on my laptop.

BUT, whenever I try to add the downloaded ebook to ADE, it gives me error: the LIC_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER, because I was able to read the book when I authorized the laptop without adobe ID, before.

so now I can't access the book with any authorization on any device.

Please help
