I purchased a book for my school and now I cant get access to it. I formatted my computer recently

I need help ASAP because i need this book for a paper that is due today. It simply will not let me access it anymore and I am wondering if I allowed the book to be authorized on this computer and now because of the formatting the authorization info might have been erased? Please help.
