I recieved an error message saying too many activations of ADE went to the http:// site regarding activation dodwnload, did that but error message still comes up when I try to load bokk what do I do?

I was having trouble with my reader, I un installed and re installed both the ADE and e reader a couple of times, when it appeared that the book was downloading right, I tried to load on to my reader and a notice appeared that E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS.  I went to the Http:/ site and downloaded an activation file but I still cannot load books the same messages comes up.  What can I do?
