I reinstalled my computer and cannot reauthorize my computer with my Adobe ID, what must I do?

I have an ASCM file that I want to open that is linked to my ADOBE ID and the Adobe digital editions says that I need to use a new ADOBE ID that I have not used on another computer, but this is the same computer, I just reinstalled it! What can I do?
