I tried to test to see if I could print and I was able to, but when I tried again I cannot.

I checked in the Item Info for printing it says 0 page on any device, does that mean I can't print the item because I was able to open the print view options and print but now I cannot.

The most files have the permission to print 1X copy. More are not possible. If you can no more print, ask the Reseller for a second print permissions.
