I tried win 10 and went back to 7. ADE does not work since that.

Since trying Win 10 for a day and going back to , ADE cannot download books anymore. It begins, and then I get E_adept_document_error, and license server communication error. I have tried to increase the authorizations by going to the ADE folder , it did not change anything. I see from other posts there is a problem with win 10, but I'm back on 7 now. What can I do, please?
