Is this overdrive on a computer or on a tablet/phone.

I'm not sure if this is a solution to that particular error,

but one thing to try is to install the Bluefire app and register that.

The registration often registers the entire device, not just Bluefire.

After that it it possible (no promises) that you will find the Overdrive app is registered too.
