I want to merge 2 Adobe ID

I have 2 Adobe ID if I merge the two accounts, eBooks associated with each account they will be downloadable without me to reset the download links from My eBooks provider?

    I went to the link given

    Contact Customer Care

    to request my two Adobe IDs be merged but they apologized and told me they are not able to do that for me, and referred me back to the Adobe general forum page.
