ID problem

Hi, I bought an e-book on the internet and I opened Adobe account, it was okey I saw the book in the Adobe Digital Edition .Then I tried to open the book in the ipad but I couldn't becuse of ID problem.  Now, in my pc (windows) I have an error 'licence alredy fullfilled by another user.' How can I fix it ?
