Identification denied because of old mailaddress

Hi! I am new here and tried to download a book from the online-library. Does not work because ADE has an authorisation of my Mac on an old mailaddress. If I click help I can not delete this address because that account has been cancelled. Also impossible to add a new authorisation. Please help??
