Import File

Would there be any hotkey for figure import? It's very complicated in a framemaker file, when I need to insert many figures and every time I need to click in file>import>file. In this case a hotkey where it will open direct the import window, therefore I only will choose the figure that I want to insert. It will help me a lot.
