Import problem

Everything was working well until I had to reinstall Windows 10.

Now, when I tell the library to download a book, ADE opens, but no books appear -  nor do they appear in the My Digital Editions folder

I deleted ADE and re-installed it.  I tried it in Safe Mode, but that didn't help.
