Import secured epubs

I am a PhD researcher. In the last years I purchased some ebooks and would like to import these ebooks (epubs) into Atlas TI, which is a qualitative research tool. The ebooks can be read in Digital Editions, but as they are protected I can't import them into Atlas TI. How can I arrange that I can impost them?
