Importing annotations

I loaned a book for 2 weeks from my university portal - a book to which I had unlimited access - but in having to renew the loan on the book I lost all of my annotations except from in ANNOT file document form.

Is there a way to convert this back onto the Digital Editions book without manually having to re-apply all annotations?
