Impossibile to authorize another Laptop

Hi folks,

I was trying to autorize another laptop (totally, We currently have 2 authorized devices), but I got the error below:

I also tried to remove authorization of my laptop, but the error still appears.

What can I do to access the resources with the same ID Adobe IDAdobe@sixtema.it? I read that I can use until 6 devices with the same ID Adobe.
