Impossible lire livre emprunté

Bonjour,

J'ai une liseuse Kobo Touch 2.0 avec laquelle je lisais des livres empruntés dans une librairie publique à travers le logiciel Adobe Digital Edition 4.5. Depuis deux jours, à chaque fois que j'essaie d'ouvrir le nouveau livre que j'ai emprunté, il apparaît le message d'erreur : " Votre liseuse n'est pas autorisée à ouvrir ce livre. Ce livre est protégé par Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM°. Ayant bloqué l'accès à votre liseuse, vous devez renouveler l'accès au livre et l'importer à nouveau en utilisant Adobe Digital Editions (ADE)."

J'ai essaie d'autoriser à nouveau l'ordinateur et la liseuse, j'ai essayé d'emprunter à nouveau le livre et j'ai aussi réinitialisé la liseuse, mais rien ne marche, il est toujours impossible de lire le livre sur la liseuse (le livre est lisible seulement sur mon ordinateur).

Pouvez-vous m'aider à résoudre ce problème ?

Try downloading the latest version of ADE - currently 4.5.7 - close ADE, and run the installation file (ADE_4.5_Installer.exe). Go back to the page from which you downloaded the .acsm file(s) and download it (them) again. The book should start downloading immediately.

I have had the same problem since yesterday night. The it gives the error message E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR

ADE opens the books I own but not the books I'm trying to download from the library

I have a similar problem. Digital Editions on my computer will not open any .acsm file. It gives no error message, it just does not respond. I tried to de-authorize and re-authorize the program, but it gives the message, "Unable to Erase Authorization. Please try after some time." I suspect their servers are down, maybe for the long weekend?

No problem with the Sony E reader which does not depend on Aobe Digital Editions since Sony developed its own Reader For PC .

The problem is that I received a brand new KOBO Clara HD which i cannot use since it depnds 100% on the unreliable ADE unfortunately for me since 99% of the ebooks i read are from my local library.

So i am back to paperbooks for now!

I ll try again in a while or just borrow a Sony E Reader since Kobo & ADE are not a good match.

( I managed to download just 1 ebook from my library but later it stopped working,i could see the ebook on my PC but impossible to open & read them on my KOBO CLARA HD. so the process is just unpredictable & unreliable)

If only i had known i would have immediately exchanged my Kobo against a Sony for sure.

J'ai le même problème avec tous les livres que j'emprunte (3 sur 3 aujourd'hui pour tester), avec ma liseuse Kobo Aura depuis quelques jours. Je suis incapable de résoudre le problème. J'ai même désinstallé ADE et réinstallé de mon PC, effacer les autorisations et remis, rien à faire. Quelqu'un peux nous aider SVP?
