Impossible to browse through any ebook. ADE hangs on a single page

Hi, I installed Adobe Digital Edition on a Windows 10, but I can't browse ebooks, ADE hangs on a single page. I tried to reinstall, but nothing is changed.

Next page, Prev Page, Scroll Bar.... it doesn't work.

If I maximize the window to full screen and then minimize it, the page refreshes. But it is possible to read an ebook this way.
