Impossible to deauthorise ADE due to ID that does not exist and lost password
Hi,
My laptop ADE is currently authorised with a former email that doesn't exist anymore, say emmanuelle@msn.com
When I want to deautorise, I don't remember the password so can't do it. When I log into my adobe account with this email emmanuelle@msn.com, it says this account doesn't exist, so I can't log in and change the password. The email doesn't exist anymore anyway.
Even if I uninstall ADE on my laptop, when I reinstall it is already authorise with that non existent ID. And I can't deauthorise.
What can I do please?
