Impossible to transfer an eBook to Kobo reader

I recently had to change my hard drive on my Windows 10 laptop. I later changed my password and authorized the laptop in Adobe Digital Editions. When I want to transfer an eBook from the laptop to my Kobo eReader I receive this message: CE_FAILED_TO_DEST_FILE or CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED.

I don't know what to do.
