In ADE Some Hyperlinks Not working

Hi,

I have export PDF from Indesign file. In Indesign book contains nearly 20 in Design document files over all 1000 pages in single pdf. In this document have more hyperlinks and bookmarks.

Once Export PDF in Acrobat working all links but not working some Hyperlinks not working in the Adobe Digital Edition? It's there any reason or  any setup in Export PDF option please suggest that
