In Blue Fire say me  authorization failed : you are already authenticated with that ID on this device

    I restart my question:


    PROBLEMS IN OPEN BOOKS PROGRAM AUTHORIZED IN BLUE FIRE OF MY MOBILE.  I HAVE TWO BOOKS ELSEVIER AUTHORIZED.  BUT IN MY MOBILE IT WRITES: Authorized FAILED.  You are already authenticated with that ID on this device .

    ELSEVIER bookstore told me that the problem is it  in Adobe Digital Editions because BOOKSTORE ELSEVIER  tells me  what this books STILL HAVE THE AUTHORIZED.
