install ade 3.0 on android tablet gives "cannot open file error"

I am trying to download library ebooks to my Samsung tablet, which require Adobe Digital Editions, which I've downloaded to the tablet, but I click on the ADE_3.0_Installer-3.exe file and get the error, "Cannot open file". Any workarounds for this?
