Install Adobe Digital Editions on D: E: F:... drive

On a Windows 10 machine, is it possble to install Adobe Digital Editions on any drive other than C:?

I've had a 'chat' with Adobe support, and they don't seem to understand the question or, for that matter, the difference between 'downloading a file' and 'installing an application'.
