Installation of Digital Editions in a computer from a company

Hi,

I work between a UK university and a company.

To access papers sent by the British Library you need to install Digital Editions, as they say.

My question is, the installation software is free but I want to know: if I install it in the computer at the university I guess it's going to be fine, as I did this in the past in a previous job based in a UK university.

But if I want to install this software in the computer I use at the company, would that be ok in terms of licence? Does the company have to pay for a licence if I want to use Digital Editions? Or is it free for everyone?

Regards,

Elena.
