Installed v4.5.10 on Windows 10 but it does not run

Computer: Microsoft Surface Pro 3

OS: Windows 10 with all the latest updates

Just downloaded and installed the latest version of ADE.

When I run, it just says "Loading Library ..." and hangs.

Has you a Fodler My Digital Edition on your Documents Ordner? If yes try to rename in My Digital Edition.old and try to start again.

Uninstalled 4.5, downloaded, installed and ran 3.0 - No Change. Sill hangs saying Loading Library...
