Installer problemn with tci.dll

I've been trying for 2 days to install Digital Editions 2.0... the installer keeps hanging up at "extracting tci.dll files" .  I've deleted the download and restarted the computer numerous times...tried IE and Mozilla browsers and nothing works. I'm planning to use it with OneClickDigital.  Any ideas? Thanks!
