Installing Digital Editions 4.03 on WIN 7 64Bit turns off the Firewall so it has to be activatet again manually. Can anybody help fixing this Problem?

Installing Digital Editions 4.03  on WIN 7 64Bit turns off the Firewall so it has to be activatet again manually.Beyond that a security Message is generated that a security copy of Windows has to be created which isn`t possible (Error Code: 0x80070422). Can anybody help fixing this Problems?
