instructions followed to deactivate ADE - still getting message on cloud library that computer activation changed and computer needs reactivating
Hello
I did receive instructions to de activate and followed those
when using cloud library to borrow book message appears "activation changed on your computer -computer needs to reactivate"
when accessing help tab on ADE the authorize computer tab is faded out
still not able to use ADE/CLOUD library/ereader for more that 24 hours
