Internet Error?

"Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet."

The support agent said I need to repeat the problem here to get any help?

I just gave up, and found a different application that actually works. That seems to be the only solution...

Thankfully my library has a handful of way to read ebooks. Adobe Digital Edtitions is garbage.
