iPad Adobe Digital Editions - vanished and blank pages

Hello ADE teams,

 

I bought a ebook with DRM Adobe, so I can just open in ADE. On my Mac it works well, but on my iPad (iPad Air 3rd generation - version 17.0.3) the first pages are right and the letters start to vanish and then all pages are blank. Even the manual file about how to use has the same problem (photos attached).
I need to be able to use the book in my iPad too... Can you help me please?

      I am having the same problem with Adobe Digital Editions on my iPad. Every third page of every purchased document is entirely blank, and many non-blank pages look like your images above - completely unreadable. Why pay so much money (I am also a monthly Adobe Cloud subscriber, though Digital Editions doesn't require this) for worthless material? Support (either phone or email) is literally non-existent apart from this community forum. I have tried unauthorizing and reauthorizing the app, deleting and redownloading, etc. Nothing changes. Does anybody have any ideas?

      Changing settings away from white, suggested in a similar forum, worked. Still can't get the pages to display in white, but at least I can access in other colors.         Same problem here - very annoying! How about making an app that actually works for reading?
