iPad keeps saying "check ID status"and "activate device" when trying to download ebook.   What do I   I have tried everything but I am not young and it's hard please someone help me

    What app are you running on the iPad?

    There must be a mechanism either within the app, or in Settings under the app, to allow you to register.

    In Bluefire you need to select the Info button.
