iPadOS authorisation issues

I am on Ipados 13.3, on wireless iPad Pro. I downloaded the ADigital Editions from the App Store. It installed no worries.  I tried to authorize the app however, it says digital editions could not connect to the server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet.

 

Things I have done to try and make it work.

1) reinstall the app

2) reset all settings.

3) cleared cashe in safari.

4) deleted, rebooted and reinstalled the app.

5) contacted chat support twice. And both times got recommended here.

6) read the forums for my same issue.

 

all, except 6, come up with the same error message.

This problem has been solved. There is no need to respond to this... 

 

Thank you ADOBE for not responding.

 

The Solution is: it still works on Windows and until it is fixed for the iPad don't even bother trying!!

Have the same problem with iOS 13.3 on the iPhone.
