Issue    

When you launch Adobe Digital Editions, you are asked to authorize the product. Then, the error E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS is displayed, indicating that all the authorizations allowed for Adobe Digital Editions on that machine have been used.

Sometimes, you don't receive the error, but run out of activations after switching machines or replacing hardware.

If you received the error E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS, or run out of activations, contact us to have the activation count reset

Again I followed this contact us link and was taken to text chat. Again I was informed the forum Experts take care of these problems

So please can someone reset my account.

    Search a Person in the Forum wher has display staff and ask this person direkty if the chat not work.
