Is deauthorizing Adobe Digital Editions impossible?

I am using Macbook Air and not able to load books to Adobe Digital editions. I should deauthorize my computer but I am not able to do it. Tried many times already. I see many have the same proble but no one has the solution. Can this be true?

    And here's the message I get when I try to download:

    Unable to unload. Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

    E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

      This cannot be true! Again having a problem with ADE. I re-authorized it again once but now it says I don't have the permission to bring the book from ADE to my Kobo e-reader. I could read the book with my laptop. This cannot be this hard! Aren't they repairing the app ever?
