Is it possible to read fixed layout epubs in Adobe Digital Editions, because I can't?!

I have created an epub3 file in InDesign CC which reads OK in iBook on the Mac and OK with one or two gremlins in Readium, but it totally gets scrambled in Editions. Surely Adobe must have a way of sorting this out. Does anybody know if it's possible to open fixed layout pubs using Editions and what do you need to do to make the files work?
