Is the Digital Editions app on Windows too slow to work with for everyone else?

Hello,

I'm wondering if I'm alone in this. My Windows app is too slow to do anything. You can't scroll in peace, you can't adjust window size. Anything you click makes the app hang instantly. It's always walking on eggshells with it.

Is this a my computer issue or to do with the app? The other apps on my computer are just fine, but this ADE app is behaving so ancient I think its getting to my nerve now. 

Any solutions will be appreciated. Thanks.
