Is there a problem with the digital edition app right now?

 I open Google books as epub with a digital edition, but all the letters are broken. So when I look at the app, it says there's a bug in the digital edition app. They tell me not to use it for a while. Is the app okay? I didn't know I was the only one, so I came to ask. 

 There was a problem before ㅠㅠ

Now there's another problem like this.
