Issue downloading ebooks in ADE

Dear Adobe support,

After consulting Kobo support and your Adobe chat support I was redirected to your forum for help.

I recently purchased a Kobo e-reader and purchased books throught the device. Unfortunately the books do not appear in ADE.

I have installed the tool 3 times already. My computer seems to prefer Adobe Acrobat Reader for some reason.

Any idea on what could be wrong?
