Issue with .acsm File Not Opening

Hi, I’m encountering an issue with downloading the .acsm file . The error message says: "Unable todownload Error getting License Server Communication Problem." I have Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 installed and authorized with my Adobe ID. My device runs on windows 11/Android. I’ve tried redownloading the file and checked all settings. Could you assist me in resolving this?
