Issue with Adobe Digital Editions (error: 'E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR')

I'm not able to access an ebook via Adobe Digital Editions. After the authorization, the error 'E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR' appears. 

It was working previously on my PC and currently, I'm not able to get any of my eBooks. 

Each time I try to open the .ascm file I got the same error message. 

I have Digital Edition 4.5.11 Windows. My ebooks are from macmillaneducationebooks.com. I was trying the same on multiple accounts with the same result.
