Issue with DRM

Hello! I bought an expensive e-book from Lehmanns in Germany but I'm not able to open it in Adobe Digital Editions. I have an Adobe ID (my e-mail) but the Adobe Digital Editions says that another user has already fulfilled the license. Where could I get help, since Lehmanns bookshop is not able to help.

    As no one else has offered an answer, I'll make a suggestion. In ADE go to the hamburger menu in the upper left corner and select "Refresh." 

     

    This caused a missing book of mine to magically reappear. It might reset the permissions for yours.
