Issue with resolving opening eBook with Adobe DE

Hello,

I recently bought an eBook from an independent bookstore, and I am having trouble opening it. When I tried to get specific help from the store's tech support I'm just getting stock answers about needing Adobe Digital Editions to open it and that I need to download a new link.

The error message I'm getting is "Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER".

Re-downloading the link is not working. Does anybody know what I can do?
