Issues with Checked Out Books (Won't Upload)

Hello. I was using Adobe 4.5.9 like usual, checking out books from my local library. However, this morning when I transferred my new books into my authorized Kobo through Adobe Digital Editions, I couldn't open them! It said I needed to re-authorize my Kobo. So I did. Now it said I had to re-re-transfer them so I could open them! So I did. Still the same thing.

I remembered having that many issues with the new Digital Editions, so I went and installed the 3.0 version. Now when I try to put my new books into the software, it says : ''Error! Check activation!'' But my computer is ALREADY authorized. And there's no button to de-authorize it.

How the heck am I going to read those books now?
