Issues with opening ebooks

Hi,When opening the book inside the library it goes to download then goes to the end and the following error appears - I have uninstalled and deleted the corresponding files from Appdata etc but it's made no difference.Thanks

I'm having the exact same problem. The worst part is, my professor (UCLA) requires these books (written by himself of course) to be cited in the two essays for the class. We're forced to pay for the books, and then Adobe won't open them at all. Sorry just needed a bit of a rant.

Some people might recommend an older version of the program but in my case that hasn't worked.
