IT Install questions: What are the silent install parameters to prevent the Norton Security Scan pop up from appearing for ADE 4.5. ive tried the NSS=2 to no avail. (win8.1)

Basically what the above lines says.  I'm trying to install ADE 4.5 through MDT for over 300 pc's, however i cannot bypass the norton security scan option, which we do not want.  People have asked the question before, with no response from Adobe, so i am hoping someone has resolved it.
