Just stops working

Digital Editions just stops working - it opens but won't open any books.  Found on a forum that you could reinstall to a new directory and that force it to work but only for a little while.  It is on multiple computers all running Windows 10.  Any suggestions for a permanent fix?

    If you work with 4 or 4.5 its better you used a older verison. I have the version not run on my Windows 10 permanently to run and the version 3.0 works against it error-free with Windows 10.
