kobo aura h2o

I moved all my books to the sd card on my aura H2O and now only bought or borrowed books show up on my readers books menu. The reader recognizes how many books are on the reader. I can access all my books using the authors menu. I have never had this trouble before. I have reset the reader and replaced the moved books back to the main memory but the problem still exists.  Are there any solutions please
