kobo authorization

i have been using adobe digital additions to download library books and then transfer to my kobo e reader which has been successful until recently when my kobo is saying it is not authorized. the computer is authorized. does anyone know how to fix this please?

I am also having the same issue. Kobo (and many libraries) say to download Version 3.0 and, although there is a little link that says "download here" it leads to an FAQ page and there's no way to download it. Super frustrating and I think this is an issue on Adobe's end.
